Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Postova ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users of Postova. We may update these terms from time to time — we'll notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Postova is a LinkedIn content creation and strategy platform. It provides a rich text editor, live LinkedIn post preview, AI-generated content strategy, scheduling calendar, and content library. Postova is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Postova.
• You must have a valid LinkedIn account to use features that connect to LinkedIn.
• You represent that any information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it (including resume content).

• You may sign up via LinkedIn OAuth or email magic link.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• Notify us immediately at legal@prosestudio.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You retain full ownership of all content you create in Postova — your drafts, posts, snippets, and onboarding answers.

By using the Service, you grant Postova a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service (e.g., to save drafts, generate your strategy, or publish posts to LinkedIn on your explicit instruction).

We do not use your content to train AI models. We do not access your content for any purpose beyond operating the Service.

You agree not to use Postova to:

• Post spam, misleading information, or content that violates LinkedIn's Community Policies
• Impersonate another person or organisation
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Upload malicious files or attempt to exploit our resume parsing functionality

You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish through Postova.

When you connect your LinkedIn account, Postova may request permission to publish posts on your behalf. We will only publish content when you explicitly click a publish or schedule action. We will never post without your instruction.

Your use of LinkedIn through Postova is subject to LinkedIn's User Agreement and their API Terms. Postova is not responsible for LinkedIn's actions, including changes to their API or content policies.

Postova uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to generate personalised LinkedIn strategy content. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and suggestion — it is not professional legal, financial, or career advice. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing.

AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for your specific situation. Postova makes no warranty about the quality or accuracy of AI-generated strategy content.

Postova offers a free plan and a Pro plan. Current pricing is listed on the Pricing page. Prices are displayed in your local currency based on your location.

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

Postova's interface, design, hook templates, and underlying software are owned by Postova and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from Postova's interface or templates without written permission.

The hook and ending templates in the content library are provided for your use within the Service. You may personalise and publish content derived from them — they are not exclusive to you.

Postova is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your expectations.

Postova is not responsible for any changes LinkedIn makes to their platform, API access, or content rendering that affects how your posts appear.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, reputation damage, or missed business opportunities from content published via Postova.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Postova in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

On termination, we will delete your personal data within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
